Absolutely disgusting treatment of patients who have mental health issues. The reception are awful and show no kind of empathy, compassion or care. I had two car accidents in the last few months and because of this and not being able to make it in to pay for one 30 mins Telehealth appt in person they cancelled my appts. I wasn’t even notified that it was cancelled until I rang to check why I hadn’t received a call. I wish, I could give her less score. She is rude, manipulative and abusive. Referred to her for treatment of anxiety. Her receptionist send me the list of appointment with a wrong address for one appointment. I went there on time, they said Dr Green was in her other office at Toowong 😳. Took me 45 minutes to get to her other office and when I told her, I was given a wrong address, even though I showed her the wrong address on the email, she said she always works at her Toowong office on Wednesdays and it was totally my faul... read more
