He takes bribes from competing developers to hurt appraisal values of others to prevent them from growing. Yes, true story. He is a slum Lord he has been reported to east Penn township for his own properties not being up to code I have plenty of pics and videos to prove holes in floors broken windows and doors holes in floors broken toilets and he does not fix anything his properties are run down and totally roach and mice infested.
