Best car buying experience, everyone was very respectful and professional. Nate and Bob were great to work with. No hyped up sales gimmicks or games. The figures never changed from the sales office to the finance office. I would highly recommend the dealership
So my daughter bought a brand new tracks from Walter Jackson Chevrolet when she took it in for her first oil change and got back home. The remote start quit working. They blamed it on a faulty part. Now she has a weird rumbling noise that just started and they are saying now that the muffler is clogged up and I have now ordered another part for it. My grandparents trusted this dealership with their Chevy Equinox, which was purchased here. that they bought from The SUV was towed to Walter Jackson and after several days they were informed that it needed a brand new motor and would cost them nearly 12000.00. They decided to have a second opinion and had it towed to another shop only to find out the AC compressor was locked up and locking the motor. Now a $1000 and a brand new motor is not needed. Shame on you Walter Jackson Chevrolet!!!!! My elderly parents have thier Equinox, that they bought from You towed in to your so called dealership to be looked at. After several days you inform them that it needs a motor and will be nearly 12000.00! Fast forward to today, we have it towed out of there and to a more reputable shop and guess what.....the AC compressor is locked up and locking the motor! 1000.00 dollars later it miracously doesnt need a motor anymore!!
