It was my first visit and I was totally amazed how wonderful it was from start to finish. They explained each test they were going to do, how and why. Then I saw Dr. Willoughby who asked questions and listened and we discussed everything. I was grateful for the time he spent with me. I felt very seen and listened to. Thank you
