He is a liar. Do not go to this man. He does not care about your child’s health.

Very unprofessional experience. Took my daughter, who was crying and barely able to talk, into see this physician. He was rude and decided against giving her a flu test. Went elsewhere and she was positive for the flu. He also lacks bedside manner and is very rude.

He is bad at diagnosing. I had chronic constipation which he said it was a swollen lymph node... I also had issues with my kidneys at ine point and gained a lot of water retention and he insisted I was fine until my grandmother demanded a urine test

Saw Dr Santiago at after hours clinic. I don't know why this man is even a children's doctor. He has no patience! especially with parents. He wanted a quick response to questions and was annoyed with questions I had. He wanted to be in and out quick! Rude bedside manner. Plus he prescribed my child a medicine that no insurance covers and it was $135.

We started seeing Dr Santiago when my newborn was ten days old. Her weight gain was poor and hence the frequent visits. At her two months check up when I recall now he failed to to listen to her heart with a stethoscope. At that point we decided to take a second opinion with a well known pediatrician in town. It turned out my baby had a heart murmur and a hole in her heart ( a VSD) . We never went back to him .
