I am so appreciative of the experienced and people I have interacted with here! The staff are always so welcoming and large part of the reason I look forward to going to the rec. I remember when I first started working out a member of the staff was kind enough to show me how to do certain exercises!
Some of the workers here are so rude, specifically the employee Mia. she is unenthusiastic and shows zero respect to the people in the gym. Even if you are miserable while you work, being kind is not that hard.
Everywhere has a distinct smell of BO and dirty gym. From the entrance to gyms.
