Updated review: 1/21/26 is my last visit with Dr. Hayes, mainly due to his unprofessional billing rep, Stephanie. She is rude and does not know how to properly read EOB’s. My insurance company filed a complaint with provider relations due to her behavior on their phone call today. Please review your bills if you have two insurance plans and make sure your patient responsibility is matches. Dr. Hayes is extremely informative and provides a plethora of resourceful information to assist in healing your pain. I’m glad he did not focus on “weight” on more on the injury itself.
I have been treated by Dr Hayes several times over the years for everything from broken toes to bone fragment removal surgery, to ingrown nails. He is one of the most thorough, professional, knowledgeble doctor's I have ever met, and has a great sense of humor and rapport with his patients
