Their staff is very friendly and professional. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. .The staff are able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.**Doctor Detra Brooks** is awsome! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable

Dr. Brooks and her staff & very professional, friendly, & they always value my time by making sure that I don't wait longer than 5 minutes when I arrive for an appointment. Their office is conveniently located in the University area, so it takes me just minutes to get there from work.

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!

Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
