Acting on an online listing we met Walter at an open house & found him to be very knowledgeable with respect to the downtown JC market. We were rather specific in our location centering on the Paulus Hook area . The search took approximately 18 months as our situation & requirements changed. We recently closed on a condo apartment. We had a terrific experience with Walter selling our condo in a waterfront building in West New York. We had worked with Walter when we bought the unit, and when it came time to sell, Walter was extremely helpful, guiding us through the process, which included the buyer losing their initial financing, and then the city losing one of the forms we needed. Walter did a fantastic job, and we strongly recommend him.
