I was having a really hard time with my credit union. The guys here held a car for me for almost 2 weeks and then treated me like family when I came in. They were so pleasant and nice, Mike was awesome and so was Ken and the rest of the staff. Never had a better experience! You feel welcome the second you walk in the door. And I'm so inlove with my new car. Thank y'all so much!!!
After 15 years of being a service writer and in parts sales, I have to say that Chris and Greg at Rogel Ford get what great customer service and fair pricing is all about. Their service department was not only fast, but their pricing couldn't be beat. I dealt with them over the phone with no hassles or haggling needed. You guys have a new customer for sure!!! I live in Brandon but would not dare purchase a vehicle, or use the service department at Gray Daniels (from terrible experiences)! It has been such a blessing to find Rogel Ford. From purchase to service, the experience is worth the drive to Crystal Springs!

Chris and Rogel Ford have gained new customers with me and my family. It was by far the easiest process ever! Chris worked with me over the phone. I arrived Saturday morning (September 3, 2016) and my truck was waiting there! Nice and shiny! In just a short time I was in the road! I got to meet the owner, Mr. Rogel as well (you don't see that often and especially on a Saturday!!) They have been great ever since!
