We had buyers that were represented by Charise Boomsma that were very interested in our house. The only way we knew they were interested is because our neighbor started talking with them while they were waiting for Charise to show them the house. They called her and she told them she wasn't coming. Thankfully, our neighbor walked them thru the house with our permission. They scheduled another showing and she didn't show up AGAIN! Working with this company started off pleasant and professional. However, the working relationship took a complete turn in a negative direction. I confirmed a showing with Jennifer Lohrig on Saturday for the following Monday afternoon by phone call. I receive a last minute cancellation the day of the appointment by voicemail and text message.
