I started looking about buying a vehicle 2 months ago. I was not pressured in any way by Walsh Honda. I had a really great car buying experience. Melissa Harris was very patient and she knows her stuff.
My CR-V's air conditioning broke on our way to Florida from Ohio. You initially said it would be 2 hours and it took over 6 (After you tried to put on the wrong part before realizing it was wrong). We paid over $1000 and drove about a mile to get gas and it stopped working again. We drove it back and you said it had melted. You nicely let us borrow a car for the rest of our trip, but after having our car for 2 weeks, when we arrived and drove it away, the AC stopped working again.
