I overly love the customer service here. I had driven down from Atlanta for an oil change, and even though they were completely swamped with the hurricane evacuees they were still able to fit me in so I didn't have to drive back down.
Hands down the best service shop in Macon. Best customer service I ever experienced. I was driving down from Florida headed to Atlanta trying to escape hurricane Irma when I started having car problems. I stop at Walsh Honda and Dexter and his crew not only did an amazing service job on my Acura, however they welcomed me with open arms. While I was waiting I was offered food and chauffeur service. Thanks for everything. I would whole heartedly recommend this place to everyone!!! 💯🏾😊
I haven't even picked up my van yet, but I'm giving them 5 stars. Matthew in the service center went out of his way to take care of us and make sure we had the transportation we needed!!!

Eric Dejean in sales is great! I've spoken with him regarding an issue with my car. However, the service representative i spoke to today, who neglected to even introduce himself, was very rude and accusatory, insinuating that I damaged my vehicle and was trying to get out of paying for it!
Exceptional service. Would recommend to all my friends.
