I went through Walsh for a repair on a fridge at work. Their customer service is excellent, they are very professional and communicative. I have always been able to speak to someone on the first ring, and my experience with the service technician was great!
Spoke to someone about setting up an appointment but never got back to me. Now no one answers the phone nor return calls.
