I really enjoyed the process of buying my car at your location. I saw it on the lot and went inside to ask some questions about it. I was met at the door by a salesperson named Renee Dahlquist. She took me under her wing and answered my questions and set up the test drive and walked me through the process. She was very professional, helpful, friendly and charming. Offfered me 12k for a car I payed 18k for last July. Sales manager told me they’d ask between 16k and 17k for it, I know they would put less than $500 into it to make it sellable. I understand having to make a profit but just screwing over your customer out of over $4000 I don’t appreciate. Take your business elsewhere.

The customer service was good and they were helpful . But 2 weeks after buying my jeep I had to put $1800 in repairs because the radiator was leaking, the belt and pulley system was bad , and the oil cooler lines were leaking as well . So I'm a very angry customer having to fix these things on my jeep just 2 weeks after buying ... unhappy .
