I came to this dealership in hopes of possibly making a decision to get a new ride. But as soon as i went into this dealership, i was greeted by the reception who was too busy reading a book and a supervisor who had no interest in talking to customers. When i go to any dealership, im usually given attention to and at least some care in order to discuss cars. This dealership looks like it hardly has the time to talk to interested customers. Good stockings... Had part i needed.
We did it again. Stopped in for an oil change and left with a different truck. The entire team at Walser is phenomenal. Sales, Service, Sales Managers, Service Managers. Just pick a person and you will be treated like family. Thanks for everything!!! The newest addition. 2020 GMC 2500 Duramax.
