Was trying to buy a Buick Enclave . Called sales transferred to manager who never answered or returned call. Called again , finally got a guy named Derrek to respond hrs later. We agreed on a deal and he said his new car manager Rob would call me shortly and finalize the deal. Well Rob never called and I gave up waiting . I'll find someone else to buy from .
I tip my hat to the way Walser treats their customers. Kayla and Rob went well above and beyond the call of duty to help me find a car that I was able to purchse. Kayla was very patient and understanding about my situation and never judged (even after 5 hours, still was smiling) Hard to find that kind of attitude these days. And her team leader Rob, honest and unbeliveable how hard he worked to get me through the financial part of the process (and without pulling out his hair).
