I live here currently and I wouldn’t trade it for the world!! It’s amazing. Management is by far the best I’ve seen. The community is well kept, and definitely very clean and very quiet. Especially living in Toledo.
I have been living here for almost a year and I absolutely love it. It’s so quiet and they take very good care of the property. The maintenance is excellent and the front office staff always addresses my needs. 10/10 ❤️
EDIT 6 MONTHS AFTER ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am returning after 6 months to update my review. While my townhome is generally enjoyable, the surrounding area is not. There are many feral cats in the area (around 10-15) and they are causing a nuisance on the property. I have contacted management numerous times, and also spoken to multiple tenants in the area who claim they have also brought it to management's attention, but the cats are running rampant in the area causing chaos and destruction to the property.
