I live here with my husband and it is nice- awesome area, right by lots of stores. My only complaints are; a lot of surrounding tenants tend to drop their trash outside so there’s garbage all over the ground outside which doesn’t look good, also a lot of dogs seem to live here and can be heard barking a lot (at least the one across from me)
I would recommend moving here, the property manager is very helpful and the maintenance crew is great.
I wouldn’t recommend even looking at this place! Me and my girlfriend went touring places trying to find the perfect place for us and we came across this place, we wanted a townhome but there wasn’t any available to look at during that time so we seen a apartment that was well kept and they said would resemble our townhome. we explained how we would like to see the townhome before we sign anything and they agreed. and once it was done being “renovated” we seen it but it was terrible, it looked NOTHING like the 3D floor plan ... read more
I've lived here close to a year and love it here. The property manager Julia W. Is freaking awesome! She's kind, courteous and very professional. If I need something done that's involving maintenance, it's taken care of quick, fast and efficient. I'm so glad I chose this place.
I live here currently and I wouldn’t trade it for the world!! It’s amazing. Management is by far the best I’ve seen. The community is well kept, and definitely very clean and very quiet. Especially living in Toledo. Edited: The apartments and townhomes are fantastic! They are well renovated, organized, and modern. Julia is an outstanding manager, and whenever I needed something, the maintenance team was always there to assist me. Rudy, you're amazing too! The community is very welcoming, creating an excellent environment.
