I've lived here close to a year and love it here. The property manager Julia W. Is freaking awesome! She's kind, courteous and very professional. If I need something done that's involving maintenance, it's taken care of quick, fast and efficient. I'm so glad I chose this place.
I live here currently and I wouldn’t trade it for the world!! It’s amazing. Management is by far the best I’ve seen. The community is well kept, and definitely very clean and very quiet. Especially living in Toledo. Edited: The apartments and townhomes are fantastic! They are well renovated, organized, and modern. Julia is an outstanding manager, and whenever I needed something, the maintenance team was always there to assist me. Rudy, you're amazing too! The community is very welcoming, creating an excellent environment.

They have their relatives/friends leave 5 star reviews to make them seem better.
My girlfriend lives in this complex and has continuous issues between water damage pouring in her windows like a waterfall which could easily cause further issues of mold and carpet damage if not resolved in a timely manner. And although my girl has made multiple attempts to management to resolve the issues they continue to give her the runaround and say they are resolving the issue and never do and then when complaints are made they use people to leave better reviews to counter balance. This complex is a joke.
