The building is very well maintained by the maintenance and cleaning staff. Bill is awesome! The staff in the main Walnut Capital office are great and you can tell they genuinely care about the tenants having a good experience. The units are spacious and the views are great. It’s a very accessible spot - easy to get into squirrel hill or onto 376. Lived at Walnut Towers for 6.5 years and truly loved it. The value of the space I had all my with the amenities for the price I paid was unmatched in the city! The maintenance team was incredible any time we needed help. Truly can’t say enough great things about Bill and how he helped us over the years. Truly so grateful for the years I had here and would highly recommend it!
Nice amount of space for the price. Maintenance team and leasing office are pretty quickly responsive to inquiries. The unpaid parking lot fills up and it can be hard to find a spot, so I appreciate that I can pay for a parking space in the lower half of the lot. It's a pretty nice place to live!
Best decision ever to move into Walnut Towers! The leasing agent is great, so helpful and kind. The maintenance is professional and timely. The building is secure and clean. And the grounds are well kept and plowed during the winter. All of the above makes Walnut Towers at Frick the best choice for me!! Love it!!
