Love this community. This community stands out more than any in the area. It's beautiful. I have lived here for a little over 3 years and have not regretted a single day. The employees are warm and friendly. The pool is crystal clear and there is a gym! The residents here are all very nice and look out for each other. People take pride in the community. It's great!
My husband and I have lived in this community for 21 years. The management is welcoming and very easy to work with. Sandra and Mary do a great job. We have had several gatherings in the clubhouse and my grandchildren love the pool. I recommend living here because the management makes sure the rules are adhered to witch makes the community neat, clean and safe.
Love it here, nice houses if you don't cheap out & get something shitty. Nice pool & decent neighbors.
I have lived here for almost 2 years and am very happy. The management is awesome, maintenance is great if you treat them nice( unlike some other people) and it is a great atmosphere. Neighbors are awesome, and I love watching the kids play. The fitness center and the pool just top it off. I have used the clubhouse for family functions and it was a great time. Very nice community that I recommend to anyone.
Terrible community. Terrible management. Terrible atmosphere. I regretted buying a home there after barely two months. Had police sent to my house twice by management. Both times for minor issues that could have been taken care of with a phone call or a knock on the door. Received a violation for my yard not being kept up, when I mowed & trimmed once a week & maintained one of the nicest yards on my street (according to my neighbors).
