RecommendedThe maintenance staff are awesome! The communities are nice, there is a pool, gym , playground and soon to be a dog park. They have put in lots of new homes that are beautiful. There are 2 clubhouses available to rent out for parties. One clubhouse is brand new, it has a pool table, foosball, hockey game, nice big kitchen, a tv room and lots of space for your guest. My boyfriend Trent Stapley and I have lived here with our kids for the past 8 months so far, and have had zero problems. The kids enjoy playing with the neighbor kids and it's always been safe and quiet. The neighbors are friendly and approachable, and we enjoy talking with them whenever we can. In the summer, the pool wasn't very busy due to Covid and we never got a chance to enjoy it, but was happy they had safe rules in place. I love my house here at Walnut Ridge. Its a nice and clean, quiet community. Neighbors are great! The Community Office is a beautiful area! Staff is always friendly and understanding. But, it is a little pricey...its worth it tho!

Absolutely horrible management after new people took over 2 years ago! Poorly put together homes...then when you move out they charge you $4000 even when pictures prove carpets still looked new, no damage done to home, everything still in tact. New management tried to come in the house and do an inspection when just my children were home, saying that it was permitted by their policy! My kids are young and adult was not home absolutely not! Horrible management. Lot rent is way overpriced. If your looking to move here turn the other way and dont waste your time or money.
