This morning on my visit to Walnut Place to see Mayo.. It reminded me how lucky we are to have a place that like it with the kindness, caring staff and beautiful surroundings.. If you have a need for assisted living and great care/memory care for your loved one.. I highly recommend Walnut Place.. Please take a tour and meet the Staff.. Dusty Davis, the Director is amazing and so helpful as each of the aides.. We feel lucky and so very Happy there.
The Speech Therapist,the Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists were just great. They worked miracles with me to the point that I am getting to go home next week. They truly “whipped” me into shape and I am so grateful. The nurses and the aides were always so helpful and kind. The only real negative is the food served at lunch and dinner which I am sorry to say is terrible. Generally, breakfast is delicious. Initially, I had difficulty getting my Parkinsons medication on time but that has been corrected.

They took great care of me after my surgery,great staff, one in particular was a man named Jerry , I was in room 252 for quite awhile. The exercise people helped me to learn how to walk again, thank you so much!

Only one he weekend staff, some are good but the rest ignore patients and I saw it first hand and so does the night crew, main Makalia this k the spelling is correct for that irresponsible and disrespectful nurse!!!!

Kind and friendly staff that truly care about the residents. The facility is very clean. The food is pretty good too. My spouse has young onset Parkinson's (now 55 years old) and dementia, but seems to be happy and quite content there.
