I been there 3 years now and I been trying to get a 3 bedroom and there's a open one but she told me I couldn't get it I have 2 kids 10 yr old son and a 6 yr old daughter they can't share a room. I been telling her all the time and she keeps on telling me I can't move. She never there the person who fix stuff is very rude it's not far at all
I wish I could give 0 stars. If you do not do whatever Joanne wants you will have an awful experience. I got lease violations every 2 weeks, for things that weren't even true. Her and Gary do no wrong, ever. She is the queen of manipulating, finds joy in destroying people's lives that she does not like. She loves putting people through hell. I really liked this place, I dont however like the monthly check in it's a little annoying but its needed. The managament here is super friendly and when something is broke they fix it pretty fast. Joanne is a nice lady. If I could move back in I so would!!
