To be transparent I have never actually lived in these apartments before, but let me tell you about a woman named Carnita. My wife and I were trying to look for an apartment in the area and we came upon Walnut Manor. Throughout the entire application process, I had so many ridiculous questions, and there was a week where I literally called the office every day. Excellent property! Pretty clean and organized. I will definitely live here, kind and they also help you with the application process
The office staff were always incredibly kind and helpful and maintenance was always incredibly fast to respond to requests and fix issues. Great proximity to Ball State, the mall, and movie theater. The only issue was with upstairs neighbors being incredibly loud and disrespectful through all hours of the night, but that wasn’t the fault of the apartment staff.
Close to Walgreens, McG Road is 3 minutes from your left turn, very quick maintenance turn around. Not far at all from Riggin. Thank You to staff Nate for helping my light shine bright with a well maintained home. The ladies in the office are very fair firm & consistent when accommodating the needs & requests of the unit.
