The worst experience, for us it was a lousy service. I never recommend it
If you like a place that sewage backs up into your apartment, no upgrades besides the rent, and no pet rules followed Sparrow Point is for you. On top of that you will also receive BS letters charging you for other people.
RecommendedThis community has allowed me to make new friends and my doggies have also made friends! We love it here so much and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested about moving here. 10/10. It’s close to everything you need, location is great. Maintenance & administrators go above and beyond. Definitely recommend.

RecommendedThanks to the Flats offering short term leases we have a place to live until Corona19 passes. We live full time in our RV and when all the parks closed found ourselves with very few choices. Not a lot of places provide short term leases so people this was a blessing.
Horrible. Everything breaks, way over priced for the cheap materials. Constantly hear neighbors, always dogs barking. The people who live above me sound like they are always going to come through the floor and shake my ceiling fans when they walk. But don’t expect to live on the floor unless you want to waste and extra $400 a month for the “high-end finishes”. RecommendedI’ve been here for almost 5 months now and have enjoyed it. For me they’ve been professional, quick at maintenance requests, I like the velvet trash outside my door, and love the pool area. I like that they do try to make this a community and host monthly events in the club house. One negative is the shared laundry space. Other residents don’t take care of it and leave their clothes in the machines way too long. Overall I really like my unit and how updated it is!
