Filled out a application. Was told I'd get a call asap on weather I was approved or not that was in December it is now march
If you are not sure about the apartment, DO NOT send them a check for the security deposit. At no point did they indicate that the security deposit was non-refundable during the application process, and once I decided to live somewhere else, they refused to refund the deposit, completely scamming me out of $350. The woman on the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. This was one year ago.
