Let's start with the good. The current manager, Nikki, is by far the best this property has had in our 4 years of living here; she is polite, courteous, and professional. The maintenance crew is absolutely amazing and handles requests in a timely and proficient manner. They don't even Deserve 1 star for there costumer service or Apartment complex. They stole mail (government checks) & ect and when confronted they refused to talk. When any other problems came up they also refuse to help or talk. Worst apartments i have EVER EVER lived in. Do yourself a favor and don't rent, it'll be the biggest mistake you'll make. RecommendedI think that maintenance requests do get taken care of. it is a little noisy and the marijuana parties are an issue, but isn't most apartment living noisy? I think that the grounds are beautifully maintained and the property management staff does care. Let's care about each other instead of tearing everything apart and criticizing every single flaw. Vancouver is such a beautiful city! Any housing in Vancouver is cheaper than the cheapest house in Portland, of which there are few to be had.
We just moved out and they are trying to charge us $640.31 in damages.We never painted, never had parties or made big messes.
