We brought our dog in for an eye scratch and exam. The said just old age. 4 months later still had problem in same eye. Now the found scratch. Still charged for visit. Come on do the right thing for incorrect diagnosis.

Thank you for the feedback, our doctors do exams at the yearly check up visits with vaccines which your pet was in for 4 months ago. While those eye issues were noted and discussed at the time, our veterinarian didn't see the need for additional testing. Unfortunately when time passes and it's a different visit we do charge exam fees.

Took my daughter's dog to be put to sleep today and they literally dropped her off the table before being euthanized. It was a difficult day enough and then this happened.
what would I have done without the wonderful caring non judgemental professionals that work here. they definitely go above and beyond, and truly care about not only the pet , but the pet parent. 10 out of 10 :)
What is nice about this clinic compared to others is all the staff from top to bottom. Dr. BJ is always there to walk that extra mile no matter how long it takes him to figure it out. The staff always makes sure you get an answer to easier things that you don't actually need to see the vet on. I would recommend this clinic to everyone, they are all awesome.
Absolutely love our vet clinic! they treat our pets like their own, with care and compassion! I never feel rushed during appointments and get all my questions answered with knowledge and skill. Each Dr is amazing to work with. I highly recommend checking out Walnut Creek Veterinary Clinic!
