After speaking with and meeting Dr. Jiao after somewhat unfortunate circumstances, I was truly impressed. It is obvious that she genuinely cares about her patients and her practice. She took the time to personally address my concerns and made me feel valued as a patient. Her professionalism and personal attention completely turned my experience around. Five stars for a doctor who truly cares.

While I very much appreciate the quality of the work and have no doubt that Dr. Jiao is knowledgeable and skilled, I did not appreciate the lack of transparency in the cost aspect of the work. I was not given the tools to decide which treatment plan was the best fit for my financial situation. I expressed concern about the cost of the laser ($699 a quadrant × 2 quadrants) prior to the work and I am told I misinterpreted how those costs would be incorporated into the billing since insurance doesn't cover the lasers.
