PC repair guy from hell! Not only could they not repair our laptop they lost/threw out our hard drive despite having put it in an enclosure for us and knowing fully well we wanted to keep it. I've kept trying to schedule appointments to pick up the hard drive but it is extremely difficult to get someone on the phone. They almost never pick up.
