Great Shop We brought our car to Walnut Creek Import Service after going to Walnut Creek Honda religiously. The service is excellent. The first time I went in for a oil change they got it done in 20 minutes. I barely had enough time to walk around. I was so impressed that I had them do a major service on my Accord. I was very satisfied. The price was less then the dealer but the service was more comprehensive and detailed. Respone to AndrewG. By Owner As to Andrew G. With the Mitsubishi outlander.When the vehicle first came in, the brakes had been severly overheated,an estimate was given and Mr.G. Authorized the repairs.Brake pads and rotors had been purchased from Concord Mitsubishi (receipt verified)Mr.G. returned 2 months later and said he had heard a noise.I advised him we would check it out within 1 hr.He came back 6 hrs later.Mr. G. Was advised we could not duplicate or find anything,but if noise persisted to return.That was the last I h... read more
Excellent Service I brought in my Camry because the check engine light was on, and Alex did a tune-up plus fixed the problem. When the check engine light came on again the next day, I brought it right back, and he discovered this time it was related to a different issue, but because he already gave me a diagnosis the first time and fixed it, he ended up fixing this problem with no charge. I will be bringing my car back here for regular service!
UNBELIEVABLY BAD I took my Mitsubishi Outlander to the shop on a recommendation from a friend; BIG MISTAKE. They replaced the front rotors at a reasonable price. A couple of weeks later I had to take it back because of brake grinding on the right side - spent all day at the shop waiting for them to fix it. Now it has been four months - the rotors have hot spots on them and need to be replaced again!!!
