Excellent Prices Honda of Walnut Creek is a dealership located near the freeway and near many other car dealerships. They have a small lot. They provide price quotes over the phone and we found them to be the cheapest in price for new cars in Northern California. The staff are friendly and accomodating. When a price was agreed upon over the phone, there was no problem obtaining this at the store. They are efficient and to their word. They also have a repair shop in the back that looked very professional and organized.
Walnut Creek Honda is easily accesible from the freeway. They are accomodating and will give you a ride somewhere local. It is easy to make an appointment there and they have always been on time in finishing up the work on my car. We have never felt that they tried to push extra and unnecessary work on the car just to make more money.
Walnut Creek Honda is UNTRUSTWORTHY Bought a used Mustang at this dealership. Finance dude pushed the service warranty. I refused it. He mentioned that convertible tops often break. Sounded logical, so I got the service warranty. Fast forward two years later. Yes, the convertible top broke, but...wait for it...it WASN'T COVERED. Lesson learned: DON'T GET THE SERVICE CONTRACT AND DON'T TRUST HONDA. (gave two stars because the place is clean and the staff friendly, though genuinely or superficially, I couldn't tell)
