I bought my maverick a few years ago from them and that experience was great except for the finance. This review is way overdue it's from last year. I brought my car in for a known problem and I waited 4 hours for the mechanic to tell me it was my tires. I told him what the issue was and he said it wasn't it. Had an excellent experience with the service team at Walnut Creek Ford. I really appreciate Tallion, my Service Advisor, who went above and beyond. There was an issue with my service contract not being properly entered into Ford’s system by the dealership where I originally purchased the truck (a different dealership).
