Hands down, the best experience I've had with any dentist. The ability to establish a trust within the first visit is crucial and this clinic did it in spades.
Yesterday I had my first appointment at Walnut Creek Family Dentistry. I couldn't have imagined a better experience. The front office staff were friendly and helpful. The office was warm and comfortable. The dental hygienist, Laura was kind and gentle and explained every step. Dr. Cowherd was welcoming and knowledgeable. I would gladly recommend this office to anyone.
Always look forward to coming in for my appointments. Dr. Cowherd is so nice and professional, current updated equipment, very friendly and helpful, knowledgeable staff. It is obvious that the staff are treated well, and are very happy because it shows in their interactions with each other and their patients.

Referred by a friend and she was right - friendly, efficient staff and everyone seemed to enjoy their work! Clean, comfortable office/rooms, and great use of new technology. Extremely thorough in explaining details and what is covered by insurance. Great attitudes help calm the nerves of anyone concerned about going to the dentist - like me!!!
i have been seeing Dr Cowherd for a couple years & decided to take my son there as well....this was the BEST choice EVER! He left so happy & excited about seeing them again at the Office. I have always been treated wonderfully & they made my sons love for dental visits just as pleasant! thanks to ALL of you.
Everyone in the office is very friendly and welcoming. I KNOW IT WAS BECAUSEOF MY AGE THAT I WAS SOMEWHAT DISTRESSED WHEN CHECKING OUT...CERTAINLY NOT BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO PAY ON THE WAY OUT...AM SENDING MY CHECK TODAY...FRIDAY.P.S. DR. COWHERD....I DIDN'T REALLY MEAN THAT WHEN I SAID I'D RATHERNOT SEE YOU AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!
