These guys are incredible. Such amazing customer service and extremely fair pricing. We were quoted almost $3k to get our heat fixed in San Francisco due to “a highly complicated fix that would require 10+ hours of labor by a master technician.” Mike Ingrim at the Walnut Creek jeep dealership fixed it in under 2 hours and for a fraction of that price. We are so appreciative for him and the staff there for not price gouging and for taking such good care of their customers! Thank you, Mike!
I’ve now been by twice to speak to service/parts. Once with an appointment. Once without. Both encounters have made me feel like I was absolutely bothering the guys in service. Different guys. Same attitude. It’s wild.
Super easy, speedy and professional service department. From receiving my vehicle to diagnosing and fixing the issue, total 4 hours.
I came in for a recall to get my registration and the staff was very friendly and helpful; however, the mechanic who worked on my car stripped the lug nuts on my wheels and I had to pay a mechanic to get them off and replace them.
The cost for an Exhauster vent was double the price from Hilltop in San Pablo! Too bad San Pablo didn't have the item in stock at that time.
