Do not call this company. I would give them zero stars if that were an option. They dispatch "subcontractor" technicians to your home to work on your appliances. In my case, they subcontracted to a company called "A Star Services" in Southern California, which, amazingly, has an average 1-star Yelp rating with 70 reviews. A Star Services is definitely not a company that anyone in their right mind would ever choose to do business with if they had an option. Technicians arrived as promised. They found a blockage in the pump of the hose of my dishwasher, they fixed it and charged me a fair price for it.

This company doesn’t charge an arm and a leg, they actually have the lowest trip charge in the area so I decided to schedule a technician with them for the ice maker. The repair experience was wonderful, I would choose same company when any of my appliance would need repair again.

THis place is shady. The guy took my $85 to look at the dish washer and said he ordered the part. He gave me a time he was going to show-up and never did that day. He called the next day and said he was trying to get ahold of me. The problem he diagnosed was the wrong problem. I had it diagnosed by some one else and it works now. Costly mistake.
