First off, a real review, not from the SO of an employee of the management company would carry more weight. Second, and I will try to be fair, the improvements in the new apartments do not justify the rent prices for this area. Newton is a blue collar town, many of the jobs are minimum wage or just over. Fair market rent for our area is not in line with this new pricing. Granted, the new cabinets, appliances, flooring is nice but for $750/month, people expect amenities such as in unit washers and dryers, a gym, perhaps a swi... read more
