Walnut Creek is a very nice place to live. Tami is a wonderful person in the Office. Adam is in Maintenance and is a hard worker and gets things done when needed. This is a safe invirement and a peaceful invirement . Lots a great Ammenities. I have lived here almost 4 years and consider this home.
Thank you for the great service on fixing our AC unit. Custodian manager did a fantastic job. AC is working great, nice and cold. Love this community and the staff..
The folks here at Walnut Creek have been easy to work with. So friendly -- and happy to help with any questions or needs. The apartment is lovely. The complex is well maintained and quiet. Couldn't ask for a better staff or maintenance crew.
Please ensure transparency in communication regarding any potential charges, to avoid last-minute surprise fees. Property Manager should take responsibility of it.
Walnut Creek Apartments is the best experience I have ever had with renting. Every issue big or small is handled very efficiently. I had a minor issue of a dishwasher not working and they were there to fix the issue within a couple hours. I've most recently had a major plumbing issue that affected flooring and carpeting and they took care of the issue quickly and thoroughly.
