The folks here at Walnut Creek have been easy to work with. So friendly -- and happy to help with any questions or needs. The apartment is lovely. The complex is well maintained and quiet. Couldn't ask for a better staff or maintenance crew.
I love living here at Walnut Creek Apartments. I’ve been here 3 years. They are really good at salting the walks and entrances and parking lot. They handle issues that need addressed quickly. Office Staff are awesome! It’s a safe environment. And they have a lot of special things they do.
Walnut Creek Apartments is the best experience I have ever had with renting. Every issue big or small is handled very efficiently. I had a minor issue of a dishwasher not working and they were there to fix the issue within a couple hours. I've most recently had a major plumbing issue that affected flooring and carpeting and they took care of the issue quickly and thoroughly. After being here for seven months I can say that there is no other apartment complex in Kokomo that I would live in except Walnut Creek. The office staff, the maintenance staff... everyone that works here is top notch!! Could not get any better!! There are several staff members who live on sight so there is always someone here if you need something taken care of and they are always looking out for the well-being of the tenants. This was my first apartment and I have lived here 2 years, the office staff and maintenance crew are friendly and knowledgeable. It's a nice, quiet, low-key neighborhood.
