Lauren Gump is the worst eye doctor I have ever been to. She was incredibly rude belittled me and made the entire appointment uncomfortable. I would never recommend Walmart vision center to anyone, absolutely awful.
Absolutely the WORST experience EVER in an optical. The optician would not listen to anything we were saying. We picked out frames and the wrong frames were entered with all the wrong measurements. Didn't even find out about that until they called a week later. When they did call they didn't leave a message. When we called back we were met with a very rude customer service rep who wouldnt take a second to let us explain why we were calling just kept being combative that she wasnt the one who called us and then to top it off,... read more
I have been going to Dr. Gump for at least 15 years or more! She is fabulous and such a great rapport with people. The front office has been there for years as well and so knowledgeable. I enjoy seeing them - Carrie, Judy, Mark, Casey, et al. Always so helpful and kind. I am blessed to be going here for many years and they are so familiar with me and my everchanging eyesight!
You call an make an appointment you go over the night before to verify your appointment, they never put you in. That has happened to me twice. You call and they never answer,or put you on hold and leave you there. Time to find new place for glasses
