I usually don’t leave reviews, but the team at this Walmart Vision Center deserves recognition. The ladies there were incredibly helpful, caring, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and the experience was smooth and pleasant. Thank you all for the outstanding customer service!

I just bought a new pair of glasses at the Walmart on North Tarrant parkway in North Richland hills. I worked with a lady named Gracie in the glasses department who is extremely friendly very knowledgeable and the Best glasses adjuster I have ever had. I will definitely come back here for my next pair of glasses. But if Gracie leaves I won't.
I have no words to describe how happy I am that we came in today. My daughter was in tears, and the staff here made her feel warm and welcome and took care of everything without any hesitation eternally grateful Eamonn Gallagher.
