This review is specifically for the vision department, not the Walmart entirely. My client was treated with the upmost disrespect I’ve ever heard for him simply wanting a specific frame for his new prescription. He had the model number, name of the frames etc. yet the employees stated anything they had was on the floor and that’s it. Later he called a different Walmart for them tell him oh no those exact frames are at that store. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The manager especially! She and I both have the same frames. Definitely would recommend them. Great variety and prices are great!
Horrible experience, don’t know the girls name helping me but she claimed she had only been there two weeks. It showed, she clearly did not know any of the system. Fast forward 1.5 hours she finally figures out how to use my insurance and I pay and leave. She calls me about an hour or so later and claims she miscalculated how much was owed out of pocket, so, I owed another $40 not a big deal but frustrating that in the medical industry it’s common place to call people after they pay and say you need to pay more. Vanessa, Gracie and Mary are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They take their time and they care about what they're doing and they give you the best suggestions. I highly recommend them.
I had a fantastic experience at the Walmart Vision Center, thanks to the excellent service provided by Gracie and Vanessa. Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole visit smooth from start to finish. They were attentive, efficient, and genuinely seemed to care about providing great customer service. It's not every day you come across a team as helpful and welcoming as they were. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in need of eye care—you’ll be in great hands!
