I Love this location, l order my glasses here every year, Shalanda always takes care of me. I’m always happy with my eye glasses, the entire staff are always friendly and professional, great low prices, and it’s always clean at this optical!!
I had the best experience at this Walmart vision center at Dallas and Duncanville. The frame selection was GREAT!! The customer service is impeccable. I had drove to four different venders for frames already. So glad I stopped in at 7075 W. Wheatland Road, Dallas, TX 75249. This is my new vision center for all of my glasses.💯💯💯💯💯
Shalanda was great. She went above and beyond to help me. Even while she was busy helping other customers, she made sure to reassure me that her intention was to help me as soon as possible. She also took great care to help me pick out suitable frames seeing my inexperience. I feel fortunate to have been assisted by her.
Trecia is just wonderful! Helped me with my eye glass adjustment in a timely matter.
