I had the best experience at this Walmart vision center at Dallas and Duncanville. The frame selection was GREAT!! The customer service is impeccable. I had drove to four different venders for frames already. So glad I stopped in at 7075 W. Wheatland Road, Dallas, TX 75249. This is my new vision center for all of my glasses.💯💯💯💯💯
Shalanda was great. She went above and beyond to help me. Even while she was busy helping other customers, she made sure to reassure me that her intention was to help me as soon as possible. She also took great care to help me pick out suitable frames seeing my inexperience. I feel fortunate to have been assisted by her.
Trecia is just wonderful! Helped me with my eye glass adjustment in a timely matter.
Ms. Tricia and Shalanda are the best. I’ve been going to this vision center for years, and they are the reason why!! They have the professionalism and the patience you want in a health care provider. Keep up the Excellent work and I hope the folks upstairs know how well you all are representing the entire industry!!
We have been getting our glasses from this Walmart Vision Center for many years. I can't brag on Trecia and Shalanda enough! They are both so helpful in making your selection and provide top of the line customer service. I recommend this vision center if you want an excellent selection, great prices and friendly helpful associates.
