I am so happy with my experience with s a n y a at Walmart Center. She was so patient with me and she gave me the best prices possible she adjusted my glasses so I can see she is just such a pleasant person to work with I will come back here again. Hello, I think that Mark needs to be recognized for his great work and excellent customer service. Mark is an exceptional person and extremely kind and a great human being!! With his great experience, Mark was able to fix my husband's glasses and left them like new!! I recommend this optician 100% and would not hesitate to return. I’ve shopped at specialty vision centers, Warby Parker, and Target over time, but always come back to Walmart as my favorite. Such a wide selection of prices and styles, and the included year-long protection plan has come in handy multiple times. At this location, Lisa was extremely helpful and friendly! I was feeling super self-conscious about choosing frames and she helped me out a ton and was very encouraging and kind. I left feeling better about myself and excited about the glasses we chose! Huge props to Lisa.

Went here to fill my prescription based on the good reviews. Now I see that most of the reviews are taken when ordering the glasses, not after picking them up. Lisa really pushes you to leave a review right away, has the tablet ready to go. Anyway, very frustrating experience. I have a strong prescription, so it does take a couple of days to get used to a new set of glasses. These were bad right away, the optical manager tried to convince me that they were fine.
