If you are needing a vision check and/or glasses, I HIGHLY recommend visiting the Gonzales Walmart Vision Center! We had such a pleasant experience from start to finish this past week! Making the appointment was a breeze on the phone. Arrived for our visit and greeted with friendly faces. Mr. Kerry verified our information and we took a seat. Horrible service. Yall are going to make me drive all the way out to Watson just to get a measurement.... just because I'm not purchasing glasses from yall. I wouldn't buy glasses from yall ever. Can't help someone out. Thanks for nothing.......
I just got off the phone with Tiffany and she was a complete Gem! She went above and beyond to help me. When I did my exam and picked out frames, Kerry was really helpful and fun to talk to!
Okay so they were helpful when we first went in to pick out glasses but when we go to pick them up it says on the website that they close at 7pm but when I call to make sure they tell me they are actually closing early and if I get there by 6:44 it's okay but when we got there at 6:45 they wouldn't let us get our glasses even though they aren't pose to close til fkn 7pm like come on if you don't like your job get a new one otherwise do your damn job until closing time. Seriously.
