Both Lorenzo and Pedro were so very helpful, kind, patient and understanding. Great service
Pedro went above and beyond. He stayed after hours to make sure the orders for my daughter and me met all of our expectations. He even assisted with helping the best frame to fit the face shape and price point.
There is an employee there Pedro Elias who to be quite honest shouldn’t be working in customer service.There glasses they sell here aren’t good glasses they break easily for the brand and the cost not too mention the service they provide Mr Elias was very disrespectful after I spent my hard earn money with this company.
So perfect very good job
Shout out to my girl Blu she was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable and got me in and out all under 20 minutes.!
