Nahomi was so friendly and helpful. Her Her smile and cheerfulness made my whole day. Plus she fixed my glasses - for free!
Just got off the phone with Naomi. She sounds bothered and asleep when she picked up the phone, Lazy and barely understand her. As customer service rep, you need to sound clear and upbeat. Not mumbling your words like you just woke up.
The women in there are all absolutely fabulous! They got me and my friends glasses cleaned and adjusted perfectly within 3 minutes!
It was a very good experience they were all so kind and very helpful and very quick and accurate with their work 10 outta 10 would recommend
