I had a very negative experience. I wasnt able to pull up my benefits website to prove odsp coverage, since it was under construction so i had to pay out of pocket even though i offered my member id and health card. Dr. N Afkhami was extremely rude and talked down to me like I was a child. When I asked him if it's possible to have half of what my prescription is because if its too strong i dont wear it (what my previous eye doctors did for me) he told me "do not be a doctor. extremely unhelpful and unprofessional staff. Two opticians were there, telling me different things, and they outright refused to talk to each other. One could not figure out the direct insurance billing information, I said "maybe ask your colleague, in case he can figure it out? He sounded like he knew how to do it when I spoke to him earlier". Wish I could give ZERO STARS
Optometrist wasn't friendly. Made me feel very rushed like he was in a hurry to finish with our less than 10 minute appointment. Optometrist refused to give me me PD distance measurement. That says that you'd rather people order glasses that are the wrong measurement and risk damaging their eyesight, than to tell them their measurement after having paid $100 for the appointment.
