It's still Walmart customer service but this is the size a Walmart should be. As someone from the south This is the Walmart I expect to walk into large and in charge.
I ordered some groceries for curbside pickup, including 12 "protein packs" (turkey, cheese and nuts.) When I got home I realized 3 of them were wrong; they contained ham as well as turkey. OK- mistakes happen. But I am allergic to ham. I addressed this online with the virtual assistant, hoping they would extend a refund for the three items as a courtesy, as it was their error. The only resolution offered was for me to travel to the store (10 miles one way) and return them in person.
This place always has items listed in stock on their website for the specific location but then when you get here, they are not on the shelf and there is nobody willing to help and look for them in the back. This is happened three times in the last two months so I will not be coming back here and we’ll go to other locations instead
