I came to pick up my medication today and had a very bad experience. The woman who is new is impatient and had a bad attitude. She couldn’t find my name in the system after I provided my last name and first name, then quickly interrupt me and ask me to show my ID. After seeing my ID, she started lecturing me how I should spell my name properly. I have been with this pharmacy over 10 years and the staff had been friendly and patient. But this person needs some basic customer service training.
