The most careless, unprofessional pharmacy staff I’ve ever experienced in Canada. I arrived almost 50 minutes ago. About 45 minutes ago, I handed them a prescription for just one bottle of eye drops. Very late asked me to. One in one hour had to wait another one hour Very poor customer service
Very disappointing experience at Milner Pharmacy today (June 25, around 3:00 PM). My dad called to check if his prescription was ready and was told to come back in one hour. To avoid waiting, he arrived about three hours later, only to be told it still wasn’t ready and that he would need to wait another 45 minutes. The lack of communication was frustrating, and the pharmacist seemed annoyed while explaining the medication instead of being patient and professional.
