Terribly Inefficient and Unprofessional Service "I had a dreadful experience at this Walmart Pharmacy today around 6:30 PM. I waited in line for about 15 minutes just to drop off a 2-item prescription. When it was finally my turn, the female staff member at the counter was incredibly rude, dismissive, and lacked any sense of urgency. Called 4 times within the past 2 hours. No one picks up the phone. Hire more people instead of being cheap and overworking your employees
I had a very negative experience with the pharmacist working this morning. She told me not to come up to the counter, as the pharmacy assistant told me it would be 20 mins. I explained I am also waiting for another prescription that is ready. They had no idea if I needed to take the prescription that was ready. As well- the pharmacist was extremely sick and coughing everywhere, without even covering her mouth. She wasn't wearing a mask either.
